Good Word Agency was born out of everything the industry forgot; conviction, craft, and care. We came from the world of holding companies and hallway hierarchies, where creativity was managed instead of made. So we built something smaller, sharper, and infinitely more human. A place where partners still make the work, not just the decks. Where design and story live side by side. And where the only thing we hold is a belief: that good faith and great ideas still move people, and brands, forward.

Good Word Agency is an independent creative agency in Arlington, Texas, founded in 2024 by Jordan Laessig. We're a senior team — the partners on the call are the partners on the work. We serve purpose-driven brands, higher education, healthcare and associations, hospitality and culinary, and faith-rooted organizations across the United States.
