The Project

Replacing bought leads with a brand people follow

Sykes Agency was paying for online sales leads. Good Word Agency replaced that spend with something that compounds — an organic social campaign, written, produced, and cast with the Sykes team itself.

Context

Sykes Agency is an Allstate agency in North Dallas, led by Kolby Sykes. Like many agencies, growth meant buying online sales leads — paying, per lead, for a stranger's attention. It works until you stop paying.

Challenge

Bought leads don't build a brand. Sykes wanted growth that lasts — a presence that earns trust and attention on its own, instead of renting it one lead at a time.

What we made

Good Word Agency wrote and produced a full social campaign for Sykes Agency — a Q4 calendar of conversion-focused films, a founder film, and behind-the-scenes content. The twist: the Sykes team are the talent. Real employees, real voices, on camera.

Outcome

A library of social-first films that turns the Sykes team into the brand's best marketing — replacing per-lead spend with content that keeps working, builds trust, and brings the right people in.
