The Project

A brand built to serve one of America's largest industries — healthcare

Forsure had a genuinely different product. It needed a brand certain enough to make employers believe it.

Context

Forsure is an AI-native healthcare technology company. Its SureSystem™ platform helps HR and finance leaders cut the cost and complexity of employee healthcare. Founded in Coppell, Texas, the company was entering a crowded, skeptical category — and needed a brand to match its ambition.

Challenge

Healthcare benefits is a category thick with acronyms, legacy vendors, and buyer fatigue. Forsure needed an identity that felt as certain, modern, and human as the experience it promised — plus a full system to launch with credibility everywhere at once.

What we made

Good Word Agency built the brand around Forsure's 'F' monogram — a custom wordmark, an electric near-black-and-magenta color system, a full typographic system, and complete brand guidelines to hold it all together. We then carried that brand into a brand film, the forsure.ai website, and an ongoing social content system.

Outcome

Forsure launched with one cohesive brand across every touchpoint — identity, film, web, and social. Employers met a company they could trust on sight, and the team gained a flexible system to keep building on as they scale.

From the first logo sketch to the live website, every piece was built to feel unmistakably Forsure.

01 — Brand Identity

A custom identity, built on certainty

We designed Forsure's custom wordmark and built the brand around its 'F' monogram — a confident, geometric mark with a clipped, forward-leaning form. From there we shaped the full system: an electric near-black-and-magenta palette, a Guton and Roboto type pairing, and brand guidelines that keep every future touchpoint on-brand.

02 — Brand Film & Video

A story-driven film that makes the value tangible

We produced a brand film that communicates the heart of the company — positioning the customer as the hero and Forsure as the guide. Built for reuse, the deliverables became a library of content for sales, marketing, and social, not just a single video.

A digital front door, built to convert

We designed and developed forsure.ai as both a clear front door and a scalable foundation. Structured messaging, intuitive navigation, and a flexible CMS turn a complex offering into a simple, credible, conversion-ready experience the team can keep evolving.

We built a social strategy rooted in consistency and clarity — repeatable content pillars that educate, build trust, and drive action over time. Paired with a steady rollout of video and design assets, every post adds to one larger narrative.
