Health Information: Making Every Patient’s Story Matter
A four-film documentary series produced with Content With Purpose for AHIMA — bringing a vital, behind-the-scenes healthcare profession to center stage.
How the series came together
Good Word Agency joined the series as U.S. production partner — on the ground and behind the camera, capturing the people who keep healthcare’s data accurate, secure, and human.
Content With Purpose is a UK-based, B Corp documentary studio that partners with mission-driven organizations to turn complex subjects into film. For “Health Information: Making Every Patient's Story Matter” — a digital series produced with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) — they set out to bring a vital, behind-the-scenes profession into full view.
The series needed cinematic, on-the-ground documentary production in the United States — capturing American health-information leaders on camera with the craft and credibility the subject deserved.
Content With Purpose brought Good Word Agency on as its U.S. production partner. We produced documentary expert-interview films — direction, cinematography, lighting, sound, and editorial — featuring health-information leaders including Thea Campbell (President-Elect, AHIMA), Lakeyshia Moore (Parkland Health), Tami McMasters Gomez (UC Davis Health), and Tyrel Guerrero (Texas State University). Produced and directed by Jordan Laessig.
Launched in October 2025, the series brought the health-information profession to center stage — and reached an audience in the millions.
