Turning product truth into a brand

27 Peaks makes baked snacks and spices the right way — pure ingredients, small batches, higher standards. Good Word's job was to make that truth land, across words, web, and film.

Context

27 Peaks is a vertically integrated food manufacturer — baked snacks like TrailBites and clean, filler-free spices, made for health-conscious buyers and national retailers such as The Fresh Market, Meijer, and Rouses. Every product is built on purity: real ingredients you can pronounce, and nothing you didn't ask for.

Challenge

The advantages were real but technical — ingredient purity, small-batch production, BRCGS-certified manufacturing. Shoppers check labels but rarely trust them. 27 Peaks needed messaging, a website, and a film that turned process and proof into something people could feel.

What we made

Good Word Agency defined 27 Peaks' brand strategy and messaging, designed and developed the website, and created the brand film concept — three connected deliverables built from one clear positioning. Branding, web, and video; social was not part of this engagement.
